Had a wonderful experience working with Rosielee to get our new couch! From walking in the store to the follow up email/confirmation, she was attentive and helpful, and most of all, fun! We are very excited to receive our new couch. We didn’t originally plan/budget for the sectional we bought, but after sitting on it in person, knew it’d be a great value!! When you go in, ask for Rosie!

Very happy with the overall experience. This was our first time purchasing a furniture piece from Joybird and the sales associate Anna made the experience of choosing the perfect couch for our home the best furniture shopping experience me and my husband ever had! Joybird has definitely taught us a lot on how to shop for furniture and we will continue to shop with them for our furniture home peices!

I absolutely LOVE my couch! I was so excited that there was a physical Joybird store near me that I could go try out the couches and fabrics to see what I liked. I ended up getting the Eliot Grand sofa in the velvet fabric Royal Apple. Astrik helped me order and plan out my delivery for my couch in store and she made the whole process go so smoothly. We worked together to ensure that my couch would FIT in my apartment doorway by looking at measurements. This fabric is so stunning in the sunlight and I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality.

My husband and I recently purchased a couch from Joybird. It was important to us to purchase a non-toxic couch that was also PFAS free and had low to no amount of VOC. We went to the Lincoln Park location to get a better visual of what couches Joybird had to offer and was given a box of swatches to bring home. This was really essential in picking out the perfect color/material. We were put in contact with Kevin Mañalac at the LP location and from the very beginning, he was prompt, clear, and attentive in all of his responses. He took the time to understand our needs and asked thoughtful questions to ensure he recommended the best options for our space. Kevin sent us detailed visuals with the swatch we selected, which made it easy to compare configurations from home. His guidance helped us confidently select a custom couch that would fit perfectly in our living area. Additionally, he included helpful documents and tips in his emails, so we have everything we need for future reference including information on care and maintenance. He also gave us accurate dates of when to expect delivery and let us know when the couch had actually shipped. Overall, his excellent communication, product knowledge, and proactive support made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. We highly recommend working with him if you’re looking for a custom piece from Joybird.

I had an overall good experience at the Joybird store. It was good to see and sit in the furniture before comitting to buying. I appreciate the time they spent with different swatches and comparing colors for me. The sale was good too. Adding to this review now that I have the couch. It arrived early in just under a month instead of the 6-8 weeks that was estimated. The delivery guys arrived within the window and brought it up to the fourth floor without issue. They were quickand very nice. I love how it turned out!

We absolutely love our Joybird Anton Sectional! The fabric is incredibly soft, yet the pillows are surprisingly durable, making it the perfect combination of comfort and practicality. Its design strikes a balance between modern and timeless, fitting seamlessly into our living room. A huge shoutout to Noha at the Chicago showroom, who made our shopping experience truly exceptional. She was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, even as we went back and forth between two different couches multiple times. Not only did she help us decide, but she also went above and beyond by extending the Black Friday sale for us, ensuring we got the discount even though we visited two weeks early. She even sent us a picture of our couch from the factory once it was built, which was such a thoughtful touch. From the quality of the product to the outstanding customer service, we couldn’t recommend Joybird more. It’s been an amazing experience from start to finish!

Kevin Manalac was my sales representative, and he was wonderful! Very thoughtful and attentive to everything. I’m so glad I went to the showroom to try the sofa I liked. I originally thought I loved the fabric I saw online, but after touching it and seeing it in person, I changed my mind! Highly recommend visiting the showroom—sit on the sofas and try them out. I placed my order online and can’t wait for my sofa to arrive! Will update once I receive it. Update: I received the couch today, I love it!!! Perfect softness for me! And glad I went to the showroom and find Kevin to help me this sofa! Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience at the Joybird showroom in Chicago! I had been eyeing a few different options for a new couch online, and a work trip brought me to Chicago where I could test them out in person. Kevin was so helpful and friendly. He consulted about style, size, color, and even sent along pictures of different fabrics in different lights after I was back home and considering what fit the space well. My couch just arrived last week and I absolutely love it! Briar sectional with a chaise and storage ottoman in sage green. I couldn’t have designed a better couch myself!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience while looking for and ordering our furniture at this Joybird location. Marcelina was attentive, patient, knowledgeable about fabrics and never once pressured us to buy a thing. The dynamic among the staff members was positive and when Marcelina asked Rosie (? sorry if I am botching your name!) for her opinion R was helpful and honest. We are still waiting on our furniture to arrive so I can't speak to the delivery aspect, but on the front end our experience with their customer service was the best I've had while buying furniture.

I had the pleasure of working with Kevin, the Assistant Store Leader at Joybird in Chicago, and he made the entire process of purchasing a couch (Camden Modular Sofa in Kenley Spruce) and swivel chair (Amelia in Bubbly Cream Soda) seamless, easy, and genuinely enjoyable compared to other experiences I have had. From placing the order to scheduling delivery, everything was incredibly smooth and well organized without any pressure. Scheduling itself was simple, and the delivery actually arrived earlier than anticipated, which was such a nice bonus. Kevin provided proactive communication every step of the way, which made a huge difference in the overall experience as a customer. I truly cannot recommend Joybird, or Kevin, enough!
